Nem kell vagyonokat költened fürdőszobafelújításra csak azért, mert nem tetszik a kád oldala. Egy ütött-kopott, elszíneződött burkolat persze elronthatja az összhatást, de szerencsére léteznek egyszerű és pénztárcabarát megoldások is.
Néhány ügyes DIY trükkel könnyedén újjá varázsolhatod a kád előlapját, bontás és szakember nélkül. Az öntapadós fóliák, a dekoratív falpanelek vagy akár a fából készült takarások látványos, mégis elérhető árú alternatívák.

@little_edwardian_semi How I made our bath panel for under £100! Measured the height, depth and length of our bath frame I worked out where I wanted the secret door to go and took that measurement off the length of the main panel. I bought 2 pieces of pine stripwood from B&Q to go on the top and bottom of the frame. I made sure the width of the stripwood wasn’t longer than the depth of the bath frame. I went to @B&Q and bought a sheet of MDF and they cut it to my panel measurements in store (they do 5 cuts for free). This was my back panel. I then measured and cut pieces of the MDF slat wall panelling I’d used on the bathroom wall to glue onto the back panel. I bought this panelling from @cnc_creationsuk I used a circular saw for the cuts. I glued the slat panelling to the MDF back panel using No More Nails and clamped them down while they dried. I then sealed all of the MDF panel with Thompson’s water seal. I painted 2 coats of @Zinsser UK Bulls Eye primer and then 2 coats of @RustOleum Bathroom Wood and Cabinet Paint (Valentina). I then placed the painted panel in between the 2 pieces of pine stripwood (also primed and painted). I did the same process with the secret door piece. I attached the door to the bath frame using cupboard hinges. I really love how this turned out! It’s not waterproof but it’s extremely water resistant and there has been no damage to the paintwork and no swelling to the MDF. And I have 2 young boys who love to splash water everywhere so it’s getting heavily tested Do you have any questions?
